Prior to joining Madison National Life, Dulmes held management positions at North American Insurance Company and Dean Health Plan.
Dulmes holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI (home of the Green Bay Packers during training camp!) and a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She splits her time between Madison and Deerbrook, WI.
